In his new release, Queer & Christian, pastor and author Brandan Robertson calls for a transformative approach to how scripture and church spaces are understood. Rather than focusing solely on LGBTQ+ acceptance, Robertson argues for a complete reclamation of the Bible and faith in a way that fully includes and celebrates LGBTQ+ individuals.
The book challenges long-held interpretations of religious texts, proposing that faith communities reexamine their traditions to create an environment where everyone can find belonging. It is an invitation for religious institutions to evolve, making room for dialogue and inclusivity in today’s diverse society.
