Throughout my professional journey, I have experienced God’s guidance in surprising ways—transitioning from accounting roles to leadership positions across diverse industries, from fast food to energy, and now to a fintech startup. In every step, whether at work or in church, He has granted opportunities to serve and lead with humility.
Embracing Servant Leadership
Servant leadership has emerged as both an influential and much-discussed model over the past several decades. Even for those who view the Bible as a flawless and profound source of truth, its insights can sometimes seem to contradict common sense. Yet, because God’s wisdom surpasses human understanding, a true leader must align their thoughts and actions with divine guidance as revealed in scripture.
